I love cereals !

I still love my cereals...sob... !!!!
I do ! It's one of those food that I could literally eat for lunch & dinner & they have so much favours & nuts & honey..... I always thought they are healthy, ok they could be sweet but still healthy right? NO ......

Many popular breakfast cereals are marked as healthy day start & marketed towards children. They have signs like 'whole grain' & 'low fat'. Lately a friend taught me how to really read the ingredients as she was shocked by the amount of cereals I take...lol.... Well to cut the story short, apparently the list of ingredients shows that there's lots of sugar ...., refined grains & artificial chemicals. So when it's prints say it's healthy, it's probably NOT!
